  • There is no one-size-fits-all approach; this is why Weight Lifted Coaching stands out. Your plan will take into account your current lifestyle, challenges, goals and dieting history. There are a number of different strategies available, and our first step in the transformation process is dialing in on the best strategy for YOU.

  • I offer two types of coaching:

    • Nutrition Only

    • Fitness & Nutrition

    If you choose Fitness & Nutrition coaching, you will receive a custom training plan through my app with specific workouts that allows you to track progress overtime.

    For Nutrition Only coaching, I will still give you fitness protocols (cardio goal, step count goal, training frequency goal) but this does not include a custom training plan.

  • Perfect! I will meet you where you are, this is the beauty of one-on-one coaching. There is no minimum amount of knowledge you need to have in order to start. You will have access to educational resources designed to minimize confusion and create clarity. Through daily support and weekly check-ins, you can ask as many questions as you need to.

  • If your life is busy - great! A great misconception is that we have to wait for the perfect timing in order to start. Plot twist: there is never a perfect time, because life includes ups and downs, there will always be something going on externally.

    This is exactly the skill we build in coaching: how to take action and be successful in the midst of life happening.

    If your goal is to lose weight and actually keep it off (rather than yo-yo dieting over and over again), starting when life is busy will actually set you up for MORE success because you will learn how to navigate through challenges.

  • Because results depend on a client’s participation, which I can guide and support but cannot fully control, I do not offer an unconditional results guarantee.

    What I do offer is a conditional guarantee on your experience working with me and the results you achieve.

    A conditional guarantee means certain conditions must be met for it to apply. In my experience, this is the most honest and effective type of guarantee because it supports a healthy, sustainable path to success rather than quick-fix expectations.

    My guarantee is this: when you follow and participate honestly in the process, you will achieve results that are visibly noticeable and supported by measurable data tracked throughout your coaching journey. Just as importantly, you will have an experience that is positive, empowering, and focused on self-improvement.

    In simple terms, you will look better in the mirror and know it, you will have clear data to prove your progress and understand it logically, and you will have a positive coaching experience throughout the process. If that does not happen, you do not pay.

  • Yes, the initial commitment is 4 months. In my experience, this amount of times gives you the chance to make actual progress and gain a real understanding through education and experience.

    This do not mean, however, that you pay for 4 months upfront. Coaching is billed monthly from the beginning, but with this initial 4 month commitment YOU are making the promise to yourself to show up and give it a fair shot.
