Fitness became more than just a way to change my body. I became a certified personal trainer, nutrition & fitness coach, and Pilates instructor, helping women navigate their own obstacles with guidance, strategy, and support. Pregnancy and motherhood further reinforced the importance of taking care of myself, not for appearance, but for energy, emotional balance, and being fully present.

I created Weight Lifted Coaching because transformation is about more than pounds lost. It is about lifting the weight of doubt, shame, and all-or-nothing thinking, building self-trust, confidence, and a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and your body. I know firsthand how hard it can be, but I also know how life-changing it feels when you get it right.

If you think you have tried everything and feel stuck, I understand. I have been there too, feeling shame, guilt, and hopelessness. There is a way forward. You are not broken, and lasting change is possible.

My journey with weight and food started early. I first noticed being overweight in Kindergarten, and by 4th grade, I was already trying to “fix it” with exercise and low-fat foods. Years of fad diets, emotional eating, bingeing, and yo-yo weight loss taught me that quick fixes do not work.

In my twenties, I struggled with addiction, binge eating, and poor self-esteem. Getting sober in 2018 was my turning point. I fell in love with exercise, learned about nutrition, and did the inner work needed to change the thoughts and beliefs driving my unhealthy habits.
