Meet your coach: Natalie

I eventually became a certified personal trainer, nutrition and fitness coach, and Pilates instructor. Through both my own experience and coaching other women, I realized lasting change is not built on rigid plans or willpower. It comes from developing the skills needed to navigate real life.

I created Weight Lifted Coaching to help women who are juggling it all cut through the noise of dieting so they can finally master weight-loss — for good.

My approach focuses on building a clear strategy, supportive systems, and practical skills so you can feel confident making decisions around food, movement, and your health, for life.

Because when you develop the skills to do this well, your results don’t disappear when the plan ends.

If you feel like you have tried everything to lose weight but nothing seems to stick, you are not alone. Many of the women I work with are hardworking and capable, yet they feel stuck in the cycle of starting strong, falling off, and beginning again. The issue is rarely a lack of effort. More often, it is a lack of the right strategy, systems, and skills to make change sustainable.

My own journey with weight and food started early. I first became aware of my heavier weight in Kindergarten, and by 4th grade I was already trying to “fix it” with exercise and low-fat foods. Over the years I cycled through fad diets, emotional eating, bingeing, and the exhausting pattern of losing weight only to gain it back.

In my twenties I struggled with addiction, binge eating, and low self-esteem. Getting sober in 2018 became a turning point in my life. It forced me to confront the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that were driving many of my behaviors, not just with substances, but with food, my body, and how I cared for myself.
