Certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and woman who spent decades battling her weight, who finally figured out why nothing was sticking, then built a practice to help other women do the same.
My story started long before I became a coach.
Food was my first coping mechanism. By fourth grade, I was already trying to “fix” my body with cardio and low-fat foods.
For years, I lived in the same cycle: restrict during the week, overdo it on the weekend, start over on Monday.
I wasn’t lazy or undisciplined. I was working hard—just without the right tools.

I believed each new fad diet would finally “fix” me. That this time would be different.
But after years of repeating the same patterns, I learned the truth: the answer was never another diet or another fresh start. It was addressing the deeper patterns—using food to cope with stress, emotions, and imperfection.
That’s what I’ve spent the last decade helping women do.
I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Pilates instructor—but my most valuable education came from breaking the exact cycles I now teach women to overcome.
